Summer
Walk into town for breakfast, coffee, or ice cream before spending the day swimming at Echo Lake, riding the Conway Scenic Railroad, hiking nearby trails, or making memories at Story Land. Back at the house, the fenced backyard becomes the perfect place to unwind with dinner on the grill, an evening around the propane fire pit, and a soak in the hot tub. Mini-split air conditioning throughout the home keeps everyone comfortable after a day in the sun.
Fall
Autumn is what the White Mountains are famous for, and you'll be right in the middle of it. Drive the Kancamagus Highway, hike to scenic overlooks, browse local shops, or spend the afternoon exploring downtown North Conway without worrying about parking. As the evenings cool down, settle in around the fireplace or enjoy the hot tub before turning in for the night.
Winter
Less than a mile from Cranmore Mountain, this home makes an ideal ski basecamp. Attitash, Wildcat, Bretton Woods, and Black Mountain are all an easy drive, giving you plenty of options no matter your ability level. Store your gear in the attached garage, warm up by the fire after a day on the slopes, then let the kids take over the downstairs game room while everyone else relaxes upstairs.
Spring
Spring is one of our favorite times to visit the Valley. Waterfalls are flowing, trails begin to reopen, and downtown has a quieter pace before the summer crowds arrive. It's the perfect season to enjoy the White Mountains, then come home for a peaceful evening in the backyard or a soak in the hot tub.
