Had a great weekend here! The place was spotless, checking in and out was easy, and Stephanie was proactively responsive to anything I needed! Will definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area

This was our second stay here. Sandy's home is warm (as temps were below 0 most nights) and comfortable. We are big cooks and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. The lower level game room and theater was a great spot for the younger guest to spend time in, as was the hot tub. A big bonus is the fenced yard for our dog. Thank Sandy, we hope to return next year.

We had an absolute blast during our stay! The home itself was stunningly beautiful—it really exceeded our expectations and made the trip special. The location was just as impressive; we loved exploring the local area and visiting the nearby shops. It was the perfect home base for a fun and memorable getaway. We LOVED our stay. It snowed a bit while we were there which made it the perfect little place to be burrowed away. No issues at all finding ways to have fun, relax, and stay cozy.

What an adorable little cottage. Two bedrooms, one with queen comfortable bed and other with double bottom, single top bunk. One bathroom. Cute kitchen, dining table and living room. Walking distance to the beach. The front porch must be a great in the summer to hang out. 15 minutes to a small local store, and about 25 minutes to downtown North Conway. So peaceful

I took a little solo trip to the beautiful White Mtns of NH. I wanted a place that was cozy, convenient and safe, and I found it. Stephanie’s cottage is perfection. I’m picky, I like comfort, and I like a well thought out rental. This place was that and more. I enjoyed every moment from the hot tub, comfy bed, location, privacy and work spaces. I will be back. Bojan's place was great! We really loved that there was living room space on both the main level and in the basement. It helped when we wanted to do something different than our kids. Otherwise, it was a very quiet neighborhood with a road that was long enough to take our dog for a decent walk.
