Hi! I’m a local, hands-on host who personally manages each stay to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience. I take pride in maintaining clean, well-stocked, and inviting spaces, so you can relax and enjoy your time here. Living nearby, I’m always available for questions, recommendations, or any assistance you may need. I love helping guests experience the best of New Hampshire and can’t wait to host you!

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can book and stay at the property?
Guests must be 25 years of age or older and must present a valid photo ID (driver’s license) upon booking or check-in.
Do I need to sign anything before my stay?
Yes. All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and before arrival. This ensures everyone understands the house rules and policies.
Can I host a party or have visitors over?
No. Parties, outside visitors, and overnight guests are not allowed without prior approval from your host. Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate cancellation of your stay.
Are fireworks allowed?
No. Fireworks are prohibited on the property for safety and neighborhood reasons.
Can I use drugs or engage in illegal activities?
Absolutely not. Illegal activities of any kind—including drug use or illegal internet activity—are strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the property.
What if something gets damaged during my stay?
Please notify us right away if something breaks or is damaged so we can arrange repair or replacement. We appreciate your honesty and cooperation.
How do I help keep the home pest-free?
Please avoid leaving food out on counters, decks, or patios. Our home is pest-free, and we’d like to keep it that way!
Are there quiet hours?
Yes. Please respect our quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise levels low during this time.
How is cleaning handled?
Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay. All linens and towels are laundered off-site to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM If you’re arriving later, please let us know so we can ensure a smooth check-in. Check-out: 10:00 AM Please check out on time so we can prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and possible fees.

This little retreat in Tamworth packs a punch! Super cool layout with plenty of room for a group. It was pristine and newly renovated which was appreciated! The outdoor space was huge and a very short drive to North Conway provided plenty to do. My friends and I all commented on how well done the interior was and we are looking forward to a return trip! Book this place! You will not be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay in North Conway. The location was perfect and very walkable to many shops and restaurants. We loved the hot tub and the gas fireplace. The space was perfect for our girls weekend. We had 9 of us and we felt like the amount of space was perfect.

Perfect spot for a cozy weekend in the mountains with friends! The hot tub is super spacious and clean. The property is tucked away nicely amongst the trees and very quiet. The view of the mountains is amazing as well. Bedrooms were comfortable and it was nice to have the kitchen connected to the living room so everyone could hang out together. We had everything we needed available at the property - towels, toiletries, and cooking items.

From the very first moment was extremely attentive to any question or help that I needed. Having walk right into the kids hangout was super exciting especially seeing the retro pac man machine. As we walked up to the main living level we were presented with small but beautiful kitchen and incredibly sleek bathroom and a gorgeously decorated living room. The living room is a little small but feels much larger because less is more with the accent pieces/decor. I wish it was warmer out so we could have spent some time out of the deck. With the property pushed back, it's quite peaceful. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the blackout shades were a perfect touch to sleeping in. Oh and I forgot, the hot tub! A huge hit! Overall, between the communication with Jennifer and the property were absolutely fantastic! Just a piece of advice for those over a feet tall, watch your head at the bottom of the stairs..lol Thanks Jennifer. It was a pleasure! Hope to talk about another rental soon!

Stephanie’s place at Cranmore was perfect for our family getaway. The location on the mountain is ideal. The two bedrooms plus the bunk bed was a great setup and we had plenty of room. We’d definitely stay here again since it’s on the slopes and close to town.
