Welcome to Center Conway’s newest riverfront retreat—where comfort, style, and convenience come together on the scenic Saco River. With a private path to a shared beach and kayak/tube rentals nearby, this spacious three-level home is perfect for families, friends, or multi-gen getaways.
The main level features a queen bedroom and a twin room just off the chef’s kitchen, dining space, and cozy living room with a gas stove—ideal for morning coffee or evening downtime. Step outside to the screened sunroom, covered porch, sunny deck, or riverside fire pit to soak up the peaceful setting.
Upstairs, the serene king suite and twin bedroom share a full bath and a washer/dryer. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout shades for restful sleep.
The lower level offers a second living room with a brand-new PlayStation 5, two twin beds, a full bathroom, and another washer/dryer set. Direct garage access makes loading and unloading easy—rain or shine.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including two spacious living rooms, a chef’s kitchen, and all three levels of living space. Enjoy the sunroom, back deck, covered porch, private backyard, fire pit, and grill. The two-car garage and driveway offer plenty of parking. A private path leads directly to the Saco River and a quiet association-only beach—never too crowded and perfect for relaxing.
Self check-in is easy with a secure keypad entry—no keys to keep track of during your stay.
We give our guests plenty of privacy but are always just a message away. I’m quick to respond to any questions or issues and happy to offer local recommendations if needed—but otherwise, we’ll let you fully enjoy your stay without interruption.
To help keep this retreat peaceful and enjoyable for everyone, the maximum occupancy of 10 guests and no-pet policy are strictly enforced. Unapproved guests are not permitted and may result in the cancellation of your stay—please be sure to include all members of your party in your reservation.
All guests must be 25 or older, except for children traveling with a parent or legal guardian. This home is not suitable for weddings, parties, or large gatherings.
