Our vetted local cleaning team, coordinated through Breezeway with inspections after every stay — so nothing falls through the cracks.

How is pricing set?

We use PriceLabs for dynamic pricing, adjusted regularly for seasonality, demand, and local events — combined with real market context. Your home stays competitive without leaving money on the table.

How do owner payouts work?

Nightly rents (minus our management fee) are sent via direct deposit, along with a clear monthly statement showing everything that happened.

What about taxes?

In NH, we register your property, file monthly returns, and submit tax payments on your behalf.

What if I want to sell or buy another property?
