No smoking anywhere on the property. Dogs welcome (well-behaved, please!) No parties or events. Max guests: 5. No washer/dryer on-site. Firewood not provided — feel free to bring your own. Use the fire pit responsibly and fully extinguish it before heading inside. Winter pond use (skating/ice fishing) is at your own risk — only if conditions are safe.
