Thoughtfully decorated from top to bottom, this home is located on a quiet wooded lot, including a fire pit and propane grill! Brand new comfortable beds, and a peaceful enclosed porch, you will love waking up to the fresh mountain air each morning. Enjoy being tucked away in the woods for quiet relaxation, yet being close to restaurants, shopping, and two beautiful lakes. Snowmobile right from your front door on the statewide trails in the winter, or enjoy swimming in White Lake, kayaking in Chocorua Lake (the most photographed lake in New England!). No matter what season you visit, there is plenty to enjoy from home and in the surrounding area! 

 

Things To Know: 

- This home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests

-All bedrooms are on the main floor, with 1 full bed in the loft area 

-1 Full bathroom on the main floor

-3 smart tvs- living room 42", 40" in the loft/game room and a 32 inch on the outside porch (seasonal) All are Smart TV’s with Cable, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime

-Small dogs are allowed (2 maximum)

-There are 3 parking spaces available 

- There is a wood burning stove in the living room (duraflame logs only, 1 is provided for your stay)

-All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement with Red Maple Retreats upon booking and prior to arrival.
