The lower level has a queen size bedroom and a bunkbed room that sleeps 4, dining area, living room, full bathroom with washer and dryer. Convenient for families traveling with little ones.

Summer days can be spent right out the back door swimming or tubing in the popular Saco River. Hiking trails are nearby, and many sightseeing routes can be found. An outdoor fire pit along with two decks to enjoy and make warm summer evenings relaxing and serene. Enjoy the popular Fryeburg bike trail, perfect for families and easy paths to choose for children. For the more adventurous mountain bikers, there are plenty of trails in the area to challenge your skills. Storyland and the brand new Living Shores Aquarium is only 12 minutes away!
In the winter months, snowmobilers will love the easy access to trails, and the ski/snowboarders can enjoy the trails at Cranmore Mountain ski resort just 12 minutes away. Cross country skiing can be found in multiple places. The living room pellet stove will keep you warm and cozy on those cold frosty days- you may want to stay in your pj’s all day and read a good book.

For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
